On January 9, 2010 at approximately 6:06 AM Granby Police responded to the area of 202 School Street for an E911 call reporting that a truck had struck a residence. Police arrived and found that a white 1997 International box truck collided with the front of the residence at # 202. Neither the driver nor any of the residents were injured. The accident investigation showed that the truck was traveling northbound and came to a stop off the edge of the road. The truck then crossed the road and collided with the front of the residence. Witnesses told police that the operator of the vehicle attempted to move the truck away from the house and in doing so struck the house again.  The operator of the vehicle Darrel Lamson was charged with operating after license suspension and failure to stay within marked lanes
